Uses: to prepare digestive and thirst-quenching drinks, for washing fruit and vegetables, to facilitate the cooking of legumes and vegetables, for a healthy and invigorating bath for adults and children, for a relaxing foot bath, to reduce the hardness of water and eliminate limescale encrustations, to clean and descale washing machines and dishwashers, to descale car radiators, to make silverware shinier, to clean rugs and carpets reviving the colors, for cleaning and eliminating bad odors from the refrigerator; added to the flour it makes the pasta softer and more digestible, dissolved in the water from the vases it keeps the cut flowers fresh for longer.
